Open on Tuesday 22nd January 2013

Update - The PTC Meeting planned for this evening has been podtponed until a date to be confirmed.



The King's School and the Highfield Preschool will be open on Tuesday 22nd January 2013.


The school will be open for business on Tuesday and until further notice.  The stretch of Ambrose Lane between the hospital and the school has been very slippery and temperatures of -5 are expected tonight, so please drive with care. I would recommend that you avoid the Cooters End approach to the school altogether. Mr Kinahan has kindly run a snow plough up the driveway and into the parking area this afternoon, but there is still a lot of ice around on the school site. Mr Edmonds will get some grit down as soon as possible in the morning, but please drive very slowly on the site.

Please drive with caution -I would rather you arrived late than dented!
